Product Overview
A dual port exhaust valve is a device used to control gas flow and is widely used in industrial production and pipeline systems. It consists of a valve body, valve cover, valve core, and sealing components. The main function of a dual port exhaust valve is to expel gas from the pipeline system to maintain normal working pressure inside the pipeline. The exhaust valve is an essential auxiliary component in the pipeline system, widely used at the highest point or bend of the pipeline, or in places with closed air, to remove gas from the pipeline and clear it. If no exhaust valve is installed, the pipeline may experience air resistance at any time, causing the water capacity of the pipeline to not meet the design requirements, resulting in negative pressure and causing pipeline vibration or rupture.
Installation steps
1. Before installing the dual port exhaust valve, please ensure that the piping system is closed and the pressure has been released.
2. Connect the dual port exhaust valve to the pipeline system to ensure that the connection is tight and reliable, avoiding air leakage.
3. As needed, appropriate pipeline connections can be installed at the two outlets of the dual port exhaust valve to discharge gas to the designated location.
Matters needing attention
1. When operating the dual port exhaust valve, please ensure that the operator has relevant safety knowledge and operating experience.
2. When emitting gases, attention should be paid to avoiding the hazards caused by the gas and the environment. You can choose a suitable location and take necessary protective measures.
3. Regularly check the sealing performance of the dual port exhaust valve. If the sealing components are found to be worn or aged, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
4. If maintenance or replacement of the dual port exhaust valve is required, please first close the pipeline system and follow the relevant operating procedures.
