Product Overview
Ball check valves, also known as backflow valves, check valves, backpressure valves, and one-way valves. This type of valve automatically opens and closes based on the force generated by the flow of the medium itself in the pipeline. It belongs to an automatic valve, and a check valve is an automatic valve used to open and close the medium in the pipeline system when it flows forward or backward. Its main function is to prevent the backflow of the medium, pump and driving machinery from reversing, prevent water shock waves generated when the water pump and driving motor suddenly stop running, and reduce damage to the pipeline system. This valve is a check valve with a multi ball, multi channel, and multi cone inverted fluid structure, mainly composed of front and rear valve bodies, rubber balls, cone bodies, etc.
Working principle
The working principle is that the rubber ball rolls in a short stroke inside the ball cover to achieve the opening and closing of the valve. When the water pump starts, the water rushes open the rubber ball under pressure, causing the rubber ball to roll to the right. Its position is fixed by the conical body in the rear valve body, and the check valve opens; After the pump stops, due to the return water pressure in the pipeline system, the rubber ball is forced to roll to the left front valve body, achieving the closure of the check valve. The rubber ball adopts a hollow steel ball, and the rubber with good elasticity attached not only ensures sealing but also reduces damage to the pipeline system during the valve closing process. The conical body with holes plays a fixing role on the steel ball and eliminates the pressure on the contact area between the rubber ball and the conical body when the valve is opened, making the contact surface contact and reducing the hydraulic loss caused by the vibration of the rubber ball in the valve body.
Product features
1、 The HQ41X ball check valve body adopts a full water flow channel, with high flow rate, low resistance, and a head loss 50% less than that of the swing type. It can be installed horizontally or vertically and can be used in cold water, hot water, industrial and domestic water pipeline systems. It is more suitable for submersible sewage pumps.
2、 The HQ41X ball check valve body adopts a full channel structure, which has the advantages of high flow rate and low resistance. Using a spherical valve disc, it is suitable for industrial and domestic sewage pipelines with high viscosity and suspended solids. The wear-resistant spherical check valve adopts a rubber wrapped rolling ball as the valve disc. Under the action of the medium, it can roll up, down, left and right on the integral slide inside the valve body to open or close the valve. The HQ41X ball check valve has a soundproof closure, does not produce water hammer, and has good sealing performance.
3、 The channel of the ball type check valve (HQ41X) is flat and smooth, and it is not easy to deposit media. It can be used for pipeline ball passing.
