Y-shaped filters are essential protective components for pipeline systems, with Y-shaped fluid channel design, low pressure loss, and large pollutant holding capacity. The shell is cast of ductile iron, coated with anti-corrosion epoxy, and suitable for water media. Flange docking, easy on-site installation; The upper cover is detachable, and there is no need to remove the entire valve body for maintenance and cleaning. Parameters: DN100, PN16, ductile iron shell, 304 stainless steel filter screen. Drawings: Attached are installation dimension drawings, including external dimensions, flange dimensions, and installation direction markings (the shell comes with flow arrows). Usage: HVAC chilled water, fire protection pipeline network, tap water supply, factory circulating water, filter solid particles in pipelines, ensure stable operation of valves and pump sets.1. Installation location: water pump inlet, pressure reducing valve, front end of flow meter;2. The flow direction must be consistent with the arrow on the valve body;3. The Y branch pipe is downward, making it convenient for impurities to settle and for cleaning by opening the cover for drainage;4. It is recommended to install valves before and after, and during maintenance, close the pipeline without stopping the water supply to empty the entire system.
