This Y-shaped filter is a coarse filtration device for pipelines. The main body is made of QT450 ductile iron cast in one piece, with internal and external epoxy electrostatic spraying for corrosion prevention, flange connection, nominal diameter DN100, and nominal pressure PN16. Internally equipped with a 304 stainless steel filter screen, it can intercept solid impurities such as welding slag, rust, sand and gravel in the pipeline, protect back-end equipment such as water pumps, valves, instruments, heat exchangers, etc., and avoid equipment wear, blockage and damage caused by impurities. The Y-shaped structure has low flow resistance, and the top flange cover plate is fixed with bolts, making it easy to disassemble and quickly remove the filter screen for cleaning and maintenance. Technical parameter model: GL41H-16Q; Material: Ductile iron QT450; Pressure: PN16; Caliber DN100; Medium temperature: 0~120 ℃; Filter: 304 stainless steel (optional 40 mesh/60 mesh/80 mesh); Connection form: GB standard flange; Coating: Food grade epoxy coating.
