Z45X concealed soft seal gate valve, also known as elastic seat seal gate valve, belongs to manual flange gate valve. The product adopts a concealed stem structure, and the handwheel rotates to drive the valve stem to rotate. The gate moves up and down inside the valve body, and the valve stem itself does not rise or fall. The overall height of the valve remains fixed, which is very suitable for underground laying or narrow space in valve wells.The gate adopts a ductile iron matrix wrapped with EPDM rubber as a whole, and the rubber elasticity can compensate for the sealing gap caused by small deformation of the pipeline, achieving bidirectional sealing and closing without leakage. The valve body and cover are made of QT450 ductile iron, with internal and external epoxy resin electrostatic spraying.
