  • HC44X rubber flap check valve is an automatic, flow-operated non-return valve that prevents backflow in pipelines, allowing flow in one direction only. Body and bonnet are ductile iron; the flapper is EPDM rubber bonded to a steel plate. An inclined sealing ring shortens closing time to reduce water hammer. Nominal diameter DN50-DN400, nominal pressure 1.0-1.6 MPa (PN10/PN16), EN1092-2 / DIN3202 F6 flange, 0-80 degrees C, clean water.

    KEY FEATURES
    - Automatic non-return design: opens and closes with the flow of the medium, with no actuator and no external power supply.
    - Inclined sealing ring: the inclined seat shortens the closing time, which helps reduce water hammer pressure in the pipeline.
    - Rubber and steel vulcanized flapper: EPDM rubber pressed with a steel plate at high temperature for erosion resistance and stable sealing.
    - Ductile iron body and bonnet: suited to water supply and drainage duty.
    - Simple construction: straightforward maintenance, repair and transport.
    - Standard flange interface: EN1092-2 / DIN3202 F6 drilling for direct pipeline bolting.
